OCS has gained key experience in the servicing of large contracts to the extent that we have developed key strategic relationships with some of New Zealand best-known companies and largest service providers. For example, our 10 years continual service to Auckland District Health Board has resulted in such a close relationship that OCS was consulted on the building of, and move to, Auckland City Hospital.
Our mission is to delight our customers and we have an extensive range of customers who will testify to this. From Heavy Duty Industrial premises, such as BOC Gases, to high risk clinical areas, such as the operating theatres at Christchurch Women?s Hospital, to high profile public areas, such as Te Papa Museum, our customers place a high value on our contribution to the effective operation of their organisations.
We are active members of the major industry association, Building Service Contractors (New Zealand) and its subsidiary organisation the Industry Training Organisation (ITO). OCS is the only ITO-accredited PTE (Private Training Enterprise) within the cleaning industry.
As testament to this OCS has won a number of industry specific Golden Service Awards including most recently for Christchurch Women?s Hospital and Christchurch International Airport. |
